Future Ready
Skills Initiative
The Future Ready Skills Initiative in partnership with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), represents a transformative effort to address critical skill gaps in India’s education system. Designed to equip over 500,000 students across Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with future-ready skills, this initiative bridges the gap between traditional academic learning and the rapidly evolving demands of a global job market. Anchored in the principles of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the program is a strategic response to India’s growing need for industry-aligned education, fostering inclusivity and positioning the country’s youth as key drivers of economic growth and innovation.

This strategic partnership has developed 100 cutting-edge courses across more than 10 disciplines, including EdTech, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, environmental sustainability, and policy analysis. The initiative offers a comprehensive learning experience by integrating curriculum design, student services, trainer training, AI-driven assessments, certifications, and industry collaborations. All technical courses are endorsed by AICTE, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and industry relevance. Additionally, universities can incorporate these courses into the Nationwide Credit Framework, allowing students to earn academic credits upon successful completion. To further enhance credibility and career prospects, participants receive prestigious joint certifications by Reliance Foundation and NSDC, reinforcing the program’s commitment to excellence in skill development.
Beyond coursework, the program offers educator development through specialized workshops and curated content, equipping instructors with the tools to deliver high-quality, industry-aligned training. To bridge the gap between education and employment, it offers dedicated placement support, connecting students with internships and job opportunities. Additionally, the initiative provides flexible, self-paced courses tailored to individual interests and career goals, ensuring a personalized learning experience. Fully sponsored, it guarantees free access for students and educational institutions, upholding the highest standards of quality and resources without financial constraints.
Aligned with India’s Skill India Mission, the Future Ready Skills Initiative is a significant step toward creating a globally competitive workforce, empowering students with advanced skills and career opportunities for a rapidly changing world.

21st Century
Skills Initiative
The 21st Century Skills Initiative is a transformative initiative that focusses on equipping 65,000 underprivileged youth Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET) with essential life and employability skills and provide gainful employment to at least 80% of those skilled.
Critical to navigating the contemporary job market is the recognition that life and employability skills are indispensable for every young adult, especially for marginalized segments. Recognising this need, the Initiative has leveraged Reliance Foundation’s strategic partnership with Magic Bus India Foundation to develop a curriculum aligned with the employability needs of service sector job roles.
As a prerequisite to skilling, the initiative mobilises and orients young NEET graduates through direct partnerships with Higher Education Institutes. The training is delivered by experienced professionals who are skilled in delivering life and employability skills to young people. The graduates are trained in essential skills such as communication, self-awareness, self-confidence, goal setting, decision making and problem solving, resume building, interview preparation, etc. By embedding these skills, we aim to instil a profound sense of learning and responsibility in the youth. This transformative approach not only ensures continuous learning but also opens pathways to enhanced employment opportunities, fostering perpetual growth for the young graduates.
Equipped with confidence and 21st century skills, the youth, who are first job seekers, are provided employment in diverse service sector industries such as Banking and Finance, Insurance, IT, IT enabled Services, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverages, Hospitality, EdTech, Media, etc.
