About the Course

Life and Employability Skills self-learning sessions are structured opportunities for individuals to independently build critical skills for workplace success, including communication, self-awareness, emotional management, creativity, and adaptability.

These topics are universally applicable, forming the backbone of success and are particularly essential in modern workplaces where teamwork, customer interaction, and the ability to navigate change are integral to performance.
