In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and JM Terms, the JM Terms shall prevail, as the JM Terms specifically govern the access and use of the 'Job Opportunities Module' of the Portal offered through this Site.
Registration and accounts
- Viewing the job listings on the portal is free for all users. You must, however, register and create an account to fully participate in the Site's activities and apply to jobs.
- During registration, users must provide essential details including their name, email address. Users may also be asked to provide supplementary information such as their date of birth, location, educational and professional qualifications to enhance their job search experience and generate a resume. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided during registration remains accurate and up-to-date.
- Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of their account access information, like their username and password and must not share it with any third parties.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account details and preventing unauthorized access. You accept responsibility for all activities that occurs via your account.
- Each user is permitted to have only one account on the platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- To access or use the services provided herein, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if older, and not prohibited from doing so by applicable law.
- By creating an account, you agree to accept and receive communications from RF, and our third-party service providers.
Job listings and applications
- The job portal does not guarantee employment opportunities and does not endorse any specific employers or job listings.
- Users may utilize the job portal's services to browse and apply for job listings posted by employers.
- Users must ensure that all information provided in their job applications is accurate and up-to-date.
- Users are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the application instructions provided by employers.
- Users understand that RF is not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers.
- RF may provide you with the ability to research jobs, including via search functionality and through personalized recommendations. We may also allow you to submit job applications via our services. When you click the apply (or a similar) button to submit an application, your application is sent to the most appropriate contact information that RF has on file for that employer, including any job aggregator partners who may then forward such application to the relevant employer.
- While RF endeavors to make this service the best it can be, employer websites and their service providers are not controlled by us, and we cannot guarantee that your application will be properly received and logged by any third-party employer upon transmission. If you have any reason to think your application was not received by an employer, the responsibility to follow up on such receipt of application with the employer lies solely with you. RF does not guarantee the identity of an employer or any individuals working for any employers, and therefore advises users to exercise caution when applying to jobs. RF does not guarantee the validity of a job offer; users should verify the validity of a job offer before taking adverse action regarding their current employment situations. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any employer or job offer.
Professional Conduct
- Users must uphold professional conduct and refrain from engaging in inappropriate, unethical and/or fraudulent behaviour.
- Users are obligated to report any instances of fraudulent job postings or suspicious activities on the job portal.
- Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience in job applications is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of the terms regarding account usage and professional conduct may lead to access restrictions or the termination of the user's account.
Use of Content
- Our services may enable users to share their resumes, cover letters, and other job application materials with prospective employers. Users are accountable for the accuracy and integrity of the content they share. You are solely responsible for your use of the services and any content you authorise for use on the services, or which is submitted via your account (“Your Content”).

Liability
- Users agree that neither RF nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. In no event shall RF's total liability to the user for all damages or losses exceed INR 1,000/-, as provided under paragraph VIII of the Terms.

- In case of this 'Job Module' the involvement of RF is limited to sourcing job opportunities through collaborations with third party partners.
Special provisions applicable to employers
IYou may not post any job ad, as determined solely by RF, that:
- Does not comply with the applicable laws or regulations of the state and country where the job is to be performed, including laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
- Contains false information or solicits employees by intentional misrepresentation, such as, misrepresentation of the terms of employment, the hiring entity, or the identity of the poster;
- Requires an application fee or up-front or periodic payments; requires recruitments of others; resembles a multi-level marketing scheme, franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement; or resembles a multi-level marketing scheme;
- Contains any logo or brands, or link to websites, other than your own or those of any entity for which you are authorized to submit job ads;
- Discriminates against applicants on the basis of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other ground(s) prohibited by applicable law.
- You agree that RF may, at its sole discretion, remove or prevent the posting of any job ad for any or no reason.
